1. Acceptance

By accessing page-sequoiaway.click or engaging Page Sequoiaway Mining Review Co. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.

2. Services

We provide independent review, assessment, verification, and documentation services related to mining hardware at 0.05+ terahashes per second and spare parts availability. We do not sell mining equipment or spare parts through this website. Informational pricing on the site is not an offer to sell services until we confirm a written quote.

3. Website Use

You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish our spare parts index or reports without written permission. You may not use the site to transmit malware or attempt unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

Reports, catalog entries, photographs, and text we produce remain our intellectual property until full payment, after which you receive a license to use delivered reports for your internal operations. Website design, branding, and unpublished database content remain our property.

5. Accuracy and Limitations

We strive for accurate stock and measurement data but do not warrant that distributor availability will remain unchanged after verification dates stated in reports. Hash rate measurements reflect conditions on the test date. Our services are advisory; operational decisions remain your responsibility.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, our liability for any claim arising from services or website use is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost mining revenue, downtime, or procurement mistakes by third parties.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of reports, unsafe site access arrangements, or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
