What You Receive
A bound report (PDF and printed copy on request) covering:
- Serial and hash board revision mapping for every unit in the assessed batch
- Thermal imaging notes at nominal and peak fan curves
- Power supply unit model numbers cross-referenced to distributor stock lists
- Fan, heatsink, and cable harness SKUs with lead times from verified Korean or regional warehouses
- A twelve-month maintenance forecast listing parts you should stock on-site
Scope and Exclusions
Included: Physical inspection, firmware version logging, acoustic and vibration spot checks, spare parts trace for critical assemblies, one follow-up phone consultation within fourteen days.
Excluded: Repair labor, part procurement on your behalf, pool configuration, electrical infrastructure design, and warranty claims against manufacturers. We document; we do not broker sales.
Process
- You submit machine models, quantities, and site access requirements via our contact form.
- We confirm scheduling and any depot routing if units must be brought to our Daegu inspection bench.
- Two technicians perform the assessment using calibrated meters and our parts database.
- Report delivery within five business days; urgent summaries available for hosting clients with SLA obligations.
Preparation
Power the units to operating temperature before we arrive, or allow two hours warm-up at our depot. Provide rack positions, maintenance logs, and any prior failure records. Clear access to rear exhaust paths for thermal imaging.
Pricing Basis
Starting at ₩180,000 for up to ten identical units at a single site within Daegu. Larger fleets, multi-site visits, and mixed-model batches are quoted after scope review. Travel outside the metro area billed at ₩45,000 per hour of transit plus lodging when overnight stays are required.
