Refund Policy
Overview
This policy applies to paid services booked with Page Sequoiaway Mining Review Co.: equipment assessments, spare parts trace reports, and hash rate verification sessions.
Cancellation by Client
More than 7 business days before scheduled on-site or depot work: Full refund of any deposit or prepaid fee.
3–7 business days before: 50% of scheduled service fee retained; remainder refunded.
Less than 3 business days before or no-show: No refund of deposit; full fee due if work was reserved and staff were dispatched.
Desk-only spare parts trace reports cancelled before research begins: full refund. After distributor callbacks start: 50% fee retained for work completed.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel due to weather, safety concerns, or staff illness, we offer rescheduling or full refund. We are not liable for your incidental costs beyond refunded service fees.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule if requested at least 5 business days ahead. Later changes follow the cancellation tiers above.
Deposits
Travel deposits (40% for visits outside Daegu metro) are applied to the final invoice. Refundable under the cancellation windows above.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed reports delivered in PDF or print
- Travel expenses already incurred (transport tickets, lodging) when cancellation is within 3 business days
- Third-party warehouse access fees paid on your behalf
- Urgent report surcharges after delivery
Partial Refunds
If an assessment is cut short due to unsafe site conditions you failed to disclose, we may issue a partial refund reflecting work not performed, minus mobilization costs.
Refund Method
Refunds to the original bank transfer account within 14 business days of approval.
Disputes
Contact info@page-sequoiaway.click with invoice number and dates. We respond within 5 business days.
No-Shows
Clients not present at depot slots without notice forfeit the session fee.
Work Already Started
Trace reports and assessments cannot be refunded once the written report or measurement certificate is sent, except for documented factual errors we verify—corrections are provided without additional charge.
